Simple resizing of Genesis 2 characters.

On some of my genesis 2 characters, I can do a simple resize to change perspective using a distant photo on a verticle plane as a background. On other, this doesn't show up. Is it a problem in how I created them?

I'm not sure what you mean - please post examples, using clothed figures.

Here is one file with a simple resize available and the next without. Both are genesis 2 based.

    With resize.png
    1168 x 658 - 181K
    So scale.png
    1173 x 658 - 155K

Unfortunately the resizing of the images has rendered the text illegibile.

I think tim is saying that some characters have a Scale control in the Parameters pane and others don't.

@tim, try going into the Parameters pane menu (the icon with the three horizontal bars and an arrowhead at the top of the Parameters pane) and select Show Hidden Properties. That should make the Scale control visible.

  • Thank you, Barbult! That was so simple, and it worked! Despite using DAZ3D Studio a number of times a week, I hadn't known that. I have about 15 pixies alone and have been mainly using my genesis based ones because of the resizing problem.

    Thanks again!
