problem installing DAZ Studio

Hi guys!
Well here's my problem!
I do all the necessary settings in the begining and when the installation is about to start, an error appears saying the following:

There has been an error.
Unknown error while running C:/Users/????????/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Unistallers/Remove-DS4 Default Content.exe --mode unattended
The application will exit now

Anybody knows what should I do?

    Does your user name, where the ?s are in your quoted path above, have any non-standard characters in it? (That is, anything other than a-z,A-Z,0-9,- and _.)
