Adding icons to the Smart Lib / file folder

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have a few custom made items and a few 3rd party bought ones,  but those are 

showing up as a picture frame with the ! in it.    

What do I need to do, to have an icon showing for those, and where do I need to locate them ?
