Ok I just installed the newest gen x upgrade and I can't activate it, I click on validate gen x and a screen that says gen x upgrade validation comes up it asks for my user name and order number. It also says Renderosity order information, which is weird becuase I didn't get it from renderosity site I downloaded from daz so what gives where do I put my serial code in. I've posted a pic of what im talking about.

There are two GenX products. The upgrade: http://www.daz3d.com/shop/genesis-generation-x-upgrade-from-gen4/
is only for those of us who bought the Gen4 product at Renderosity when it was offered there. That is what you have based on the message you show in the screenshot. If you bought Genh4 at Rendo look up your order info and enter it into the box. If you did not buy Gen4 at Renderosity, you need to return this and get this one instead: http://www.daz3d.com/shop/genesis-generation-x

I have been reading and following many of these Gen X threads. I have just one question because from what I'm thinking it may not do what I want it to do. Please tell me if this is correct because I think it is.
When I convert a Gen4 morph to Genesis the converted morph only works properly on the Genesis Gen4 shape it was copied from.
Example: My M4 Expressions will only work properly on the M4 shape for Genesis, not on ALL genesis morphs.
If that is the truth I do not need it because the other Morph sets for Genesis will allow me to get just as good a result without using GenX and I could spend my money on other Genesis morph sets.
Is my thinking correct or will converted morphs work on any (Human) genesis morph once transferred?
The one i got was from daz studio not from renderosity I have it my download page and my serial numbers. I even downloaded it again and got the same thing.
They'll only work identically with the identical starting shape -- how well they work on different shapes varies.

Did you buy the one that says "upgrade from Gen4"? If so, return it and get the non-upgrade version.

Got the right one installed but I am running into another problem how do I get victorias morph ++ onto genesis figure I was able to do it in dazs 4.0 but now I can't seem to find a figure to load.
Never mind got it to work, thanks though.
It would have been useful for the OP or somebody to finish this thread; that is to say, to list how the original problem can be rectified. I, too, am having problems resolving this issue, but unfortunately, the thread ends without offering readers a resolution to how one can successfully validate the GenX upgrade.
GenX upgrade is an upgrade for the Gen4 product originally sold at renderosity. If you did not buy that product from renderosity you need to buy the full product from here (Daz)
