How to fix Resource Error?

Hello there,

My hard drive died and I had to reinstall all my programs including Daz3D.

After installation was completed.  I started Daz3D, but could not log in.

I got a Resource Error popup window (see attachment).

I checked my Norton firewall/program control and Daz3d access was set to "Allow".

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

    I've had such a problem. I think this is some sort of CMS dB program that is set up as a service in Windows or maybe as a startup program. Instead of figuring out how to start it manually myself I just reboot Windows and it works.

    It is PostgreSQL that has to be allowed through the Firewall and it uses an internal port that you need to allow it access to.

    Thank you for your suggestions.  I actually fixed the issue by installing the PostgreSQL with DIM.
