Dimension Preset - solved

I dont want to bother you with such things, but it just drives me cracy.

I want to have a custom render frame setting for my scene, but the system insist on 3:2. Even if I choos a standard dimension (5:4 for example) it apears in aspect ratio, but in viewport it stays in 3:2. Which makes me wonder too is, that occasionally a miracle happens and the systems accept my setting ( about 1 of 20 tries) but after a while working I notice, that it has changed back again.
After I was sick of that I thought to fix it once and for all, by set up default setting to my needs ... no success, it stays at 3:2
