.max file conversion

Good morning everyone! Is there anyone out there who would be kind enough to convert a .max file for me into .obj? I have a mac so I can't even download the free trial of 3DS to convert it myself. Any help would be much apperciated!

Do the file's terms of use allow that? Many won't.
