I think my Freak 4 is corrupted.

or something else is messing up with this figure when I use it in Poser 11.under Windows 10

the upperarm mess doesn't match with the collar mess, the collar looks larger with a sharp edge

I reinstalled M4 and F4 but it stays the same.

the problem does not occur on M4 there the transsition from collor to upperarm is smooth and neither does the problem occure in Poser 7 under Windows XP on an old computer.

how to fix this.

That should not be happenign on a recent (withing the last decade, give or take) download. Please redownload and reisntall both the Michael 4 base and the Freak $ from your account.

done as you recommended, but problems stays the same.

notice that a trick may mask it, I scaled up the upperarm 110% and the transsition between the part became smooth again.
