G2M teeth problem

I have a close up of a smiling G2M character and when I render it in Iray, the teeth have a tarnished look to them.

I had a similiar problem with G3F but fixed it by going into surfarces and shutting off the "metalic" setting. However, there is no such setting for the G2M character. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the teeth looking white when I render it?

I had a similar problem for G2M & G2F
I had to get the store product  here called "Dental plan" to fix it.
