DA page says he's in Greece, so I'm hoping that means by end of August 2018. Did not get the impression that it would take another year, but who knows.

Hmm Just wondering if we are going to get a substancial update on the Iray front as Zevo who is quite quick bringing new and updates to his products has gone silent on his up comming Genises 8 Skin Builder and Also N.G.S.3 is on hold now could be both PAs have technical issues to overcome but as we have not had an update on the Daz studio front for quite a while and the private build is now 4.11.0.154 wondering if an update with new Iray features is about to be released ????
Probably wishfull thinking love to have an Arnold type render engine in a more affordable software happy to pay for it !! hey excitied for the release of N.G.S 3 !!! have enjoyed N.G.S.2 but looking forward to see what N.G.S 3 brings !!
Is the NGS Anagenesis 2 freebie script working or broken currently?
Works great for me. I've found it a bit quirky on items without diffuse textures, and it always seems to recurse up to the root node of the selected surface (which isn't always desired...sometimes you just want the selected surface to be impacted), but these nuances aren't too hard to work around.
finally picked this up so could try out the ngs skin version of Satine, also increased pores to max and added lip gloss option

with this one I tested N.G.S. Anagenessis 2 - Revolution on a skin I created via facegen pro 2 wh9ich not only gives you a face but full body texture based on the face skin texture, at first had problem arms appearing different lighter than rest till relised my mistake was selecting the wrong genesis script picked g2 instead of g3 after selected right one worked with the pores on all of these I select high pores liking this ngs

It seems to be weird. I installed that correctly. when I get to the final stage of clicking it, it does nothing.usually you get a flicker of something going on. weird.

Her skin looks not good at all. It's too olive colour. With other darkness settings she looks too brown. What can I do?
NGS2 really only works for the previous generations - genisis, genesis2 also known as 6 and genesis 3 also known as 7, I did manage a victoria 4 skin but that's close to genesis. If your g8 character was using a g3 skin it'd work but a g8 skin and I'm new to using this ngs2 btw I'd say no it wont work for that but the creator is working on a new version of NGS made to work for the genesis 8 figures
I made it work now by turning the teal colour to more of a red tone. Not sure what exactly the parameter was is but it works now. Thanks anyway.

For me it was SSS Reflectance Tint.
Question : since this uses only one map, is it less memory hungry than a regular mapping system? Thanks!

So NGS uses more memory for textures. 350 MB vs 1.3 GB. NGS is creating several bump, normal and other maps. So that statement isn't true.
Edit 4: I fixed it.
ok tried that one in blue praying is normal g8 skin and one in red ngs2 altered and sss reflective tint redish

I use it on G8.
I mean, technically the buttons/script will work, but it's not optimized for the dual-lobe that many G8 figures use. The new version will have scripts for both pre-G8 and G8 figures. I really can't wait!
