I'm having a look at what you can do, and you have two ways to handle this:
- first you can increase the tan line slider up to 1 (and the untanned skin will be close from what you have with a "0" tan). If not enough, you can remove the limit for this slider and push it to a value above 1. But at a given stage, the untanned skin will tend to get a "blue" (probably) hue, and you have to go to the second step.

Thank you very much! I tried everything and it all worked beautifully. Right now the slider alone with be fine. In hindsight, I had tried the slider as mentioned before this post, but didn't get results I was expecting. Now when I tried it again I realized what was happening. When I turned off the limits and set the dial for something like 2 instead of 1, it reset the image map. I didn't see that before. Now, I just choose the image map again and it worked like a charm. Woohoo! 1 problem down and 3,432,892,921,209,392 to go!
Yes this will be done, this is planned, this will be complex to develop because of the new shader. For several weeks, I am suffering health issues slowing down all my project schedule, but this one is really not far in the project list. This will not be an update but a new project because the new shader is so different from the one of Genesis 8 than a simple update is not possible. I have to redevelop the wet and tanned shader for 8.1 from scratch.

Sorry to hear that you have health problems I hope you are well and recover. .
Hi 3d lovers and daz studio. Does anyone already have something developed for g9 regarding the tan line? It seems that the map is easier, but I haven't managed yet.

Hi! I saw your message.
I'm having a look at what you can do, and you have two ways to handle this:

- second, it is based on : https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/3255596/#Comment_3255596 so that you can change directly and only the hue of the tan line (untanned part).
Let me know if it helped!
