Converting Lights

How can I convert a spotlight into a point light? I can't even see what kind of light I have. Would love some help on this, thanks

Member since June 2004 and don't know how to identify a light type!?! I am shocked...
Select your Spot Light by leftclick on it in the viewport or on the "Scene" Tab. Then leftclick on the Point Light icon on the toolbar, from the popup menu choose the "Copy and Replace Selected Item:" option. The new Point Light will take the position and parameters from the Spot Light.
You can identify the kind of light by its name on the "Scene" Tab or the icon on the viewport. (1) is a Distant Light [shouldn't be used using the Iray renderer. Better use a HDRi in the "Environment Map" slot, or the Sun/Sky only "Environment Mode", on the "Render Settngs" Tab instead. Distant Lights don't work well in Iray.], (2) is a Point Light, (3) is a Linear Point Light and (4) is a Spot Light.
Blushes....I started with DS and Bryce but I went to Poser for a while. I'm back now and trying to catch up.
Really appreciate your help, hugs!
You're welcome... and welcome back!
