Urban Sprawl 3 - Light materials won't render

I'll add building block into the scene (Only item in the scene), and then I'll add the corresponding lighting material that comes with the package. I can SEE in the viewport - the windows, signs, ect - All of them illuminate.
However, once I hit "Render" in Iray, everything shows up excepting for the glow / illumnations. Why is this?

Iray or 3Delight? What are your render settings, under the Environment and Tone Mapping groups?
I am trying to render in Iray. Even in the description it says (For Iray only).
Everything is set to default.
Try setting the Environment Mode to Sceen Only, then in Tone Mapping turn the Shutter spped value way down (or just adjust the exposure value).
There are two sets in that, one for 3Dlight and one for Iray, make sure you are using the right one.
I loaded building1Iray with the nightlight iray material. It came in black and I found that it loaded without a camera and in perspective it was looking at a wall in an alley :) Once I moved it to the street and set Environment to Scene Only it worked. To get the ligting right I changed the Film ISO to 200 and Shutter Speed to 60.
A quick render.

Ah, I see! My problem is that it still looks sort of... plastic, in a sense? How do you get it to the point of realism as they show in the screenshots. The damp, wet street?
This is a finished render I did after loading up the scene. To get wet streets try raising the Glossy colour.

Thanks so much for assisting me! To be clear, in order to apply the materials, do I simply add the city block into the scene and then click the corresponding material name (City Block ___ Night) and wait for it to load? Do I drag and drop it? Sometimes it gives me an ERROR and tells me to check the log.
Double click the icon for the block you want to load.
Make sure it is highlighted in the Scene Tab and open the Surface Tab and highlight it there too.
Double click on the lighting icon corresponding to the loaded block.
That should have everything loaded ready for rendering.
Alright, I'll get back to you! Also, if you render it with the "Fog" effect it comes with, could I see a render of the way that looked? For me it almost looked as though it was a thick smoke, and not a natural haze.
all user have same probleme, when you use light do instantly render for test, render is never same you see in your screen.
http://imgur.com/Nqq5fxe - that is how mine turned out.
Here is what I'm coming up with. It has such a different look than yours. Yours is darker and well lit, mine is , in a sense, bleached with the closer buildings but evens out.
I did correct my ISO and Shutter speed settings.
It looks like you need to turn the Headlamp off on the camera you are using. Select the camera in the Camera Tab and turn Headlamp to off.
Check your camera. It looks like the Headlamp is on Auto or On. Set it Off. ;)
Also, I would HIGHLY recommend not using the fog. It will take forever to render.
Absolutely awesome. Got it looking good! Thank you guys a ton! Sorry for pestering. It seems as though the Headlamp was the root issue.
Not at all, everyone is free to not bother to read/answer. And you are asking nicely and politely, which is great. ;)
(And we've all been new and going WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS)
I'm pleased to have helped and will try a render with the fog when my present render finishes and let you know how I get on :)
