Hiro 5 missing 10 Poses?

I only have 20 poses listed under Hiro 5 Poses. Am I missing something? "30 poses" was a selling point for me. Right now I am feeling kinda cheated. Also, do I need to install the legacy and Dyson Core installers?

    Which bundle of Hiro 5 did you buy, can you give a link?

    The Legacy installers are for versions of DS4 prior to DS 4.5, you don't need them if you are using 4.5 or greater.

    Ah, the penny drops, do you mean DSON (Dyson). The core installers use the .DUF format that only DS 4.5 or greater can read, the legacy is for earlier versions of DS4 so you don't need both in any case.

    Thank you for the reply. Yeah, I meant DSON. heh dyson...oops...
    I bought the Hiro 5 Base. No bundle. It says 30 poses. I uninstalled the Legacy version and installed the DSON and I still only have 20 poses.

    Yes, you are right, I just looked at the Product Page :

    ◦30 Hiro 5 Poses (.DUF, .DSA and .PZ2)


    I think you would need to send in a ticket to Support about this. I haven't seen anyone else mention this, but it is unlikely to only affect you. Support should be able to clear it up for you, they may have missed some files in the installer?
