How to get the Bryce I paid for?

Hi all,

I purchased Bryce yesterday.   I got a payment confirmation from both DAZ and Paypal. 

I didn't receive any information about how to actually obtain the copy of Bryce I purchased.  Nothing.

I submitted a help ticket.  No reply so far.

I've looked for Bryce inside of DAZ Studio, but don't see it there.  I don't use Studio so could easily be missing something.

Anybody know what's going on here?

The confirmation page that comes up immediately after you buy something includes a direct link to the Product Library page. This is where you can do all your manual downloading. You can also get there from your My Account page (click on the little man icon in the top corner of any store or forum page).

Note that most of the content you can buy from the store can also be downloaded and installed automatically using the DIM installation manager — but there are exceptions, mostly programs, which can only be manually downloaded. It's been a while since I last did it, but I'm fairly sure the Bryce program is one of those exceptions.

Bryce doesn't like DIM very much. Do a manual install. You find all you need in this PDF https://horo.ch/docs/mine/pdf/BryceContent_v4.pdf.

AS Bryce comes in an old fashioned .exe  it is easy to manually install.

On your account page you will also find an option for all your Daz Software Serial Numbers
