Real Eyebrows doesn't work on G3F?

Whenever I try to doubleclick a shape preset of real eyebrows, I get an error message "Error! Failed to read hidden faces.", regardless which g3f character I use.

Any ideas, what's going wrong?

Had no such problems with it and even transferred them to G3M, although they won't automatically transfer from G3F to G3M like most clothing does and have to be loaded onto G3F first. One thing I noticed about them was that there are a whole bunch of hairs around the brows that are transparent, like thick vellus hair. Have you tried reinstalling them in case there's something hokey going on with the ability to import your own brow masks, and something failed to install correctly? I installed my copy manually using a download. Otherwise, I'd send a support ticket.

Do you have the LaMH player installed?

  • Real Eyebrows is not a LaMH item.

  • I see this issue - both the Connect and the DIM install lack the Data folder that has configuration files, so the script errros out at the first hurdle. I have reported this.

Ok, so I have to wait for an update, I guess. Btw, on my second notebook (win7)  it runs without any problem.

I deinstalled and then reinstalled it on my win10 notebook, but it still give me the error message. Strange.

  • It was obviously working initially as at least a few people reported their experince and posted renders, but there was an update a day or so after release and I suspect that is what lost the files. Presumably you are using the unupdated version on your laptop (so leave it there until you get a fixed update on the other machine).

I think I was getting my fingers muddled while uninstalling and reinstalling stuff to test yesterday - you can't successfully use this as a Connect install, at least yet, but the DIM install will work correctly.
