Instructions on how to use "Measure Metrics"?

Hey guys,

I was just curious if anyone owns measure metrics and knows where the documentation is on how to use it. I can't seem to find it (although I must admit, its been a long night and my brain is tired from searching around for it).

Do you mean where should they be or where are they actually located....the actual location is under a 4 ft tall stack of "Urgent' notices in a pile next to Rob's desk, under a bunch of empty pizza boxes...
