7 passenger Mini van anywhere?

edited December 1969 in The Commons

I would like to get my hands on a model of a 7 passenger mini van, preferably free. I'm mainly interested in being able to do interior scenes with it. If there is a 5 passenger model with the seats as individual objects, I can probably "build" a 7 passenger one. Any help would be appreciated.

Moved to Commons: request for and not an offer of a freebie.

If you can get any old free empty van and whack in seven free airline seats, you might be a redneck. But don't forget the monster chassis, just in case.

Helpful? Nah, I didn't think so. Just thinking of Jeff Foxworthy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7E-isbgwpk

On the other hand, depending on which program you have and what file formats you can import / convert, this is an AWESOME source for vehicles of all stripes:

A Chrysler Lumina, for example, can be found on the third row here:

Just be aware that they are in LWO format, mostly polygonal. Poser can import this format, but not DAZ Studio. Also, the scale will likely be VERY off from Poser / DS scales.

Found a couple...but no interiors and they aren't even in obj format, let alone rigged...

Thanks for that link Valandar. I'll take a look at one or two of these this evening.

Blender can import .lwo (you have to activate the plug in under user prefs, but it's shipped with the main package) and while you have it in Blender it's easy to scale it for DAZ and export as obj. No idea if these are UV mapped but vehicles are fairly easy to do in Blender and many of the parts don't need textures as they are best done with procedurals. I converted a vehicle model in this way for use in DAZ last week and it was great fun.

Thanks everyone for the help. I went to Valandar's suggested site and grabbed a few possibles. I'lll give the airline seats a try in them. Yes I am a redneck and a blond and old so this may work!
