export fbx to 3dsmax - hair do not follow figure

hi,
when I import a fbx figure+animation in 3dsmax, hair are detached and remain in place while figure walk ; I tried Aldora, Bubblegum etc on standard genesis figure. How can get hair follow animation, as I can see in daz preview before export? thank you

How is the hair 'attached' before export...'fitted' or 'parented'?
Also, you may want to change the images, as they are 'flesh colored' and showing 'bits' that can be considered outside the forum rules on nudity...(basically, if it can be covered by a bra and panties...it needs to be).
