I've tried everything I can think of but 2 products don't show thumbs in Smart content Fayette hair and Circe Oufit, everything else shows...anyone know why?

Have you looked to see if the thumbnail images are actually there?

And that they are correctly named?

Do the items actually load if you click on them?

That doesn't look like the typical 'this product has a broken install' missing thumbnails...it looks more like 'there is no image to display' missing thumbnail error.

Is the missing icons with Daz Connect install content? Sometimes that happens, product icon is missing, you can file a problem report with Customer Service.  Personally, I just fix it myself.

The product icons for Daz Connect installed content can be found My Daz Connect Library\data\cloud\meta.  There are two files per product.  A .jpg product icon and a .json metadata file.

The filename format for product icons are 1_<product number>.jpg.  Just create a .jpg icon sized to 180 x 254 pixels and replace the product icon .jpg in the meta folder. Refresh the icon view and you should see the new icon.  I normally use the main store product icon and resize it.

The newly released Edwardian Accessories for Genesis 3 Female(s) was missing it's icon which I created a new one in a few minutes.
