Welcome to the Daz community! I take it you must be Serum. You might consider changing your forum username to match your PA name, so customers can recognize that they are communicating with the artist.
There's one problem with it...I've NEVER seen one so clean and shiny!
Any chance of a 'grungier' texture set?
This must be a brand new laundry, before the first customer arrives. It is nice to start with a clean model. It is easier than cleaning up a dirty one, for me. You could always dirty it up with A Touch of Dirt for Iray in DS 4.9.2.70, but unfortunately, the Betra DS 4.9.3.71 broke that wonderful product. I hope they fix DS so that A Touch of Dirt for Iray works again before the next release. I love that product and really miss it. This is the kind of thing it is perfect for.
the alternate look is a little more grungy with stains on the walls
not getting the option :/

Glad that you got it sorted, and Welcome aboard.
happy to be here :)
It looks an awful lot like a few laundromats I've used from time to time. Looks like a great first product to get your feet wet. Welcome!
