My texture blur the render

I'm trying to adapt RobogenII textures for Iray.
I folowed the advice I found in the product page as other have managed this before me. I have a decent result aint it's blury. With the same camera and another texture it's not.
The two hands that are inside the non blured area of the dept of field are the part that show this efect the most. I'm prety new to Iray shaders so I'm a bit clueless.

Your attached image is too small to tell much about blur. Can you render it much larger and without DOF so we can truly judge the rendered texture? What are the dimensions of the actual JPEG texture image file? (512 by 512 pixels or 2048 by 2048 pixels or 4096 by 4096 pixels, etc?
That's the original RoboGen Texture with an aditional blur on it as counceled in the product tread. (befor jumping to conclusion its blured even with the non blured texture the blur was there on my first test before I did this.) I asume you opened the atachment. I'll try a closer render but I'm not sure the effect will be the same in close up.
The effect was prety much the same using ceramic shader if I remember well the lighter the texture the blured it goes but I don't want my robot to turn grey either.
Edit: added atachement.
Aparently in close up the hand melt less with the tight, but it still apear blured. The blur I don't understand is how two diferent texture blend and not the blur in one texture.

That's the page from where I started. Their result don't have this aspect, so I'm missing somthing.
I don't own this product, so I can't try it. I suggest you post a message to ask your question in that thread that you linked. People who are watching that thread will hopefully see your message and be able to help. Will is very good about helping people. You could even send him a PM to timmins.william.
Well I don't want to polute this post with flood.
I'm new to iray and it may take a lot of question and answearing for me to anderstand.
I don't think it has a lot to do with the product in the end since without his texture I will have the same problem on the hands. It's more a shading, render or light relation issue. As I used the same light for all the other character I made, I want to solve it shader side if possible to keep a coherent shader reaction to light between my diferent model.
