Faster movement possible?

Is it posible to move within a scene faster other then using the  W A S D keys,  the mouse wheel, and holding the magnifier and move the mouse up and down.

Everything is going so slow, and my guess there has to be a better way,

(not using the cube/cirlce at the right top)

I am trying to move around with a camera that i am trying to record, but it moves so slow.

Have you aleady tried "increase /decrease speed/rotation"  key option of View controle ?  though it is for WASD + keys.   but enhanced already,,

if you have not checked these all key controll,,  open "view" pane, then r-click the "view" tab. you may see Navigation keybord short-cut. 

it wrok well with Camera view I believe.  (I usually lock Focal length, with work large scene,, then move around )

and it may be often missed look,, if you change speed, the values are shown in very law UI, (infomation column? I do not know how call this section) 

 

And you may better change view mode, when you play with camera positoin to  wire shaded etc. if you keep iray view, it may make slow easy with your scene size.
