Apollo Maximus: How do I fix his poses?

Apollo Maximus is a third party figure for Poser and DAZ Studio.

While nearly all human figures for Poser and DAZ Studio start out in a T pose with their arms straight out to their sides when the joint rotations are set to zero, Apollo Maximus starts out in a poses with his arms about half way down to his sides with his palms facing forewards, as if he is about to give somebody a hug.

This is a big problem when I apply poses and animations for other figures to Apollo.  The poses assume a T pose as the starting point, not the unusual starting point Apollo uses, and he frequently ends up with his arms inside his body, rather than at his sides.

Does anyone know how to adjust Apollo Maximus to cancel this out?

Is there a list of joint rotaion adjustments to fix the poses?
