Hardware Requirements / Crashes

Hello all!

Could anyone tell me please if my hardware is suitable for working with DAZ 3D and if there are some adjustments needed?

I'm using a Dell Precision M4700 having a i7-3720QM / 2.60 GHz, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro K1000M. Especially about the Graphic card I'm not sure if it is good enough for this purpose.

I'm asking because latterly there often were crashes, e.g. when trying to open the Guided tour "Sci-fi Warrior".

    The GPU appears to have only 2GB of RAM, which means that you will quite often have to render on the CPU only, but there's nothing obviously crash-inducing there. Exactly which version of DS are you using - Help>About Daz Studio?

    Hey Richard, thanks very much for the feedback! I'm using the version 4.9.2.70
