    First I thought it might be Propschick's Cruella Hair:

    But if it is, it's reversed...

    You might be able to contact her at R.com and ask her directly... It's probably one of her own.

    Hair: Samantha Hair ( runtime DNA )

    Usually, the products are available here but sometimes when you make a lot of images, some outsiders slip through :)
