Checkout Problem!

It's been a while since i wasn't here so.............
I was trying to download the Goz plugin but when i add it to My Cart and tried to follow the download process,it's just stopped in the first step and never load the second page!
Do you have any advice to give?

    Have you actually paid for it, and you're on the downloads page... Or are you stuck in the payment section?

    If it's freezing on paypal, a similar situation has occurred which a thread was created in the commons. I wouldn't keep trying to process the payment as you may get duplicate charges for one item. It's best to file a support ticket, they'll fix it up for you :)
