How to create or download free content for Daz? Like hair, clothes, etc. I can´t buy the official content at the moment. Thanks.

Have a look at http://www.daz3d.com/forums/categories/freebies - not everything is a stand-alone item (some things are texture sets or the like) but you should find a fair bit to get you started.
I downloaded some poses, but I can´t install them. The all have a "people" folder, which I moved into the people folder on documents, Daz, My Daz Content library. But I can´t see them on Daz. Please help!
