UV Master to Make a Single UV for Studio

I'm not an expert (still learning) so I may be using the wrong terms for some questions (and sound confusing and kind of scattered).

I know that the material zones for Genesis 3 are easier to work with in ZBrush than with previous generations.  I also think you can create a single UV map using UV Master in Zbrush that can be applied in Studio (so that the assigned material zones are all in one file versus a few files (torso, head, etc.).  I think they are typically separated to allow a higher resolution texture to be applied.

Is there a way to:

1. Send a figure to ZBrush (with GoZ)

2. Create a single UV map for it using UV Master.

2. Bring figure to a high subdivision level, sculpt in HD

3. Export figure as an obj.

4. Import the figure obj into Studio.

5. Apply a texture to the UV mapped figure

In other words can I somehow convert the texture the figure came with so it can apply correctly to an HD obj of that figure that is brought back into Studio?  Not sure all that makes sense, but I'm not sure how to ask it.
