Marvelous Designer Seems Impossible to Use

Well, I have just started Marvelous Designer 4, and I can´t even move the materials on the 3d space. I need to click the fabric many times before the program randomly selects it to show the gizmo. And when the gizmo appears, I try to drag any of the arrows and the fabric gets deselected. Resulting that I can't even move it a few centimeters. Does anyone know what is happening?

Oh and I just noticed, it happens to anything on the program, even the menus. I need lots of clicks for anything to randomly behave as if I clicked on it, at random.

    I do all of my materials outside of Marvelous Designer. Here's the LINK to a tutorial on how I get products from MD to DAZ (maybe it will help).
