hello alls, a question for profis pls

i can not start DS4.5, latest version (no Beta)
i become the message, can not start programm with code above,
a reinstall does not help and brings the same failure, whats wrong pls?

i have Win7 64bit / 8gig ram

DS3A-64bit does work propper

Run the proper for your version of Windows, Vcrun2010 package...
