G3F Eyes (P3D Models)

I have this problem with a couple of my character models (only, so far, found on P3D models).

Usually, if I want a model to look at something I move her eyes left/right (SIDE) or up/down - sometimes I use 'point at'.

Unfortunately, using these Controls for some models results in them moving completely randomly.

I've done nothing to these models to change settings or anything and I have no idea if this is something that I can fix or it's a problem with the 'rigging' (I don't know what I'm talking about obviously :)

Can anyone offer suggestions or a way to contact the artist?

    It can be a common problem with custom sculpted morphs, if care is not taken when finishing the final steps, before saving the morph.  And no, it's not really fixable,

    Figure...the base model.  (Genesis 3, Genesis 2, Genesis)

    Character...a morph package for the base figure.

    I think, it is about  " default eye  rigs  (and some eyelids rigs) orientation" of genesis3 female. 

    Is there any practical   reason to change "Z rotate  orientation"  180 for L eye, and -180 for R eye.

    please teach me,  why DAZ need to rig so , if  clever person  know . if it was not simple mistake, and there was clear intention. and the merit  about it.

    Once it rigs so,  about base figure,, ,,  all new actor need to keep same rig orietantion arrangements, to work with  same eye pose controller correctly.

    lets check genesis2female rigs.  there is no X orientation about eye rigs. 

     

    then,,   (eye Up-down )  (UP  =   -X rotation, Down =  + X rotation.,    Eular ZXY  cordinate )

     actually G2F eye parameter work so. (X rotation UP = -x rotate, Down = x rotate)  , and  when move controlelr to Down side ,   eye down =  x rotate.

    when  move controller to Up side  , eye UP = (X -rotate)    as same as parameter "label = Up - Down" 

     

    but about genesis3  ,,,  DAZ apply orientation 180 and -180 for both eyes. Z orientation.

    then now,,, genesis3 eye UP-down (UP = + rotation, Down = - Xrotation,, with  Eular ZXY (orientation 180 )

    though  it may work,,  When  set rigs for eye,  But we may not try to orientate X (twist) 180 for eye and eye around rigs.. 

    I checked all facial rigs,, but why some rig only apply those Z (twist) orientaiton, but some rigs not ?  about almost same direction rigs? 

    Is there clear,, and articulate rule,, when DAZ apply Z orientation for rigs?  (about almost same direction) ? 

     

    At same time, I think DAZ never plan to modify G3F base figure rigs  anymore .. because too many products for genesis3female have been released already.  if change it,,there are many product which need to re-adjust,, I think.
