I search a steampunk top hat

Hi, may be somebody can help me. I am searching for a steampunk top head. I have one in my mind, I mean it was a freeby but I am not sure. It was a top hat with something round like coins around the hat band.
Did anybody remember this?
I cannot find it in my freebies :(

I am thankfull for any help

    It was the Top Hat for M3/V3. It was a freebie and a japanese site. But I don´t remember the link. Maybe this helps a little bit and someone will remember the link.

    Thank you very much for the hints. I now checked my very old freebie-collection ( burned on cd 2004) but didn t find it there....

    I hate that: I know I have it. I have seen it many times when I dont need it. I have the mental image of it.... but I cannot find it.... and I dont know if I ever has use it, so that it could be in my older runtimes....
