upgraded Daz Genesis Figures not loading and can't get Mermaids to work

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have a Daz file folder in My Documents and also one in My Applications. Im running MAC OS 10.11.2

Do I need to take files and put them into the My Documents of Daz under "My Library" 

The screen shot 64 bit is the Applicatoins file folder of Daz and the my library screen shot is from my documents daz file folder.

The Mermaid package i bough yesterday is not loading nor are the G2 and G3 characters =(

Its been three years, and so pumped opeing up old files and workign on them...but want those Mermaids!! =(

    The content goes in the My Library folder, but not the Content folder - the folders and files in the Content folder go in the My Library folder (or you could install with Install Manager). Anything in the Content folder in the My Library folder in your screenshot needs to be moved up to the My Library folder itself.
