Ilsa hair G2 - missing smart content flag

I recently purchased the Ilsa hair G2 (SKU:30600) from the Daz3D store and it seems to be missing a file that would connect it to the smart content system.

Any hope for a small update or guidance on how to tie 'lost' products like this into the smart content system? As a new user its been really nice to be able to search my assets contextually instead of having to browse product by product.

    Yes, I see that - it is under Lost and Found, and in the products List in the Content Library, but is nott agged. Please open a ticket to report this to Technical Support though I will also flag it up http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

    I actually don't see it in lost and found either. I had to dig it out of the product library by name.

    Newbie question, but this would be my first ticket with Daz3D so HOW do I ping Technical Support for things like this? I actually have a whole list of similar small issues with the smart contnet system I'd like to begin pushing through channels.
