okey dokey, it wasn't hard. :) but, can't help thinking they're too busy to worry about links on product pages.

Well, going to that link, I get a 404 error (file not found) when trying to download the blank...

The links for DavidGB's blanks are working. The links were posted in a thread in the old forum, which I've long since lost.

    Thanks Patience!

I don't understand the response from Daz Help Center:

does this mean they will fix the link so that it works?
or does this mean they will remove the link so that it never works?

Your request (#120913) has been deemed solved.

    ..snip..

The link shouldn't allow you to download anything. Every time I've tried it I get a redirect to our 404 page. I've reported this to our web team so that they can fix it.

I think that means they are going to try to fix it.

he said "The link shouldn’t allow you to download anything." it's left me wondering which way the 'fix' is gonna go?

Well as a number of 'texture' links for templates I've discovered days after downloading, were corrupt 'nothings' ... I expect that they're gone ... along with other items that had been stored on the old servers.

In one post in the new forum "somewhere" I recall reading that [paraphrased, I don't do verbatim] they were going to be doing away with the old files and at some point in time only have available files for the new program. Now how "soon" that will be ... who knows.
This is a good time to use that word, 'soon'. ;-)

Happy Holidays! they fixed it. :happyhappyjoyjoy:

it's on the resource files tab of the M4++ product page. :happydance:

What that means is you should have gotten the 404 page, not a download starting.

When that happens, it generally means something is misconfigured on your computer...

    Not likely.
