Bryce 7.1 Pro - Space Construction Kit

I'm interested in buying the above product. I'm confused as to whether this product is stand alone product or whether If it is an add on to Bryce.  To me, It appears to be a stand alone product, but I want to make sure. I do not own any other Bryce products.

    It is a stand alone product that can be used in Bryce 7

    I don't have Bryce 7.  I need to buy that first?

    I confirm, it is a stand-alone product for Bryce 7.1. Not much use if you don't have Bryce 7.1.
