JPG Render File Error

So I am trying to render a scene in Daz and I want to save it as a JPG, but when I get done rendering and save it to the desktop I cant open the file, the icon is white and says file instead of JPG when you hover over it, How do I fix this??

Sounds like the save wasn't quite finished properly; I see something similar when I download files, before the download is complete. Did this happen just once, or is it always happening? What's the file size? If it's zero, or something ridiculously small, then the file save was definitely incomplete.
Incidentally, is there a reason why you're saving directly to .jpg format? Most people save to a non-lossy format like .tif or .psd — it allows you to do things like postwork on the image and then save a final compressed version as .jpg (or .png depending on your preferences).
