Install Manager fails when downloading

I reinstalled IM, opened it, and it showed the items I need to download.

When I click to download, it closes and I get an error page, which tells me to paste it in a page at the link given.

When I click on the link, I get a 404 error page.

This happens every time I try to download, after ONE successful attempt.

If I download and re-install again, it works the first time, but not again.

I am running Windows 10.
