Interface problem in shopping cart

When I checked out, the payment option buttons were very stretched. For a moment I thought they were decorative trim. Where do I report this?

If it continues, I would think a Sales Support ticket - though make sure it isn't a browser setting, such as scaling, causing the issue before doing that.
