NGS compatible wetness/glossiness skins?

I LOVE the NGS Anagenesis 2, but it doesn't provide for wet/sweaty skin.  Is there anything compatible with NGS that provides this?

    First thing to try is simply increasing the Top Coat Glossiness. That might do the trick

    For a quick trial apply lip gloss to the whole skin in surfaces (I think it's lip gloss - away from the machine I render on now).  You can tune it by following Will's suggestion.
