List of Cross-Generation adapters?

Is there a list of cross-generation adapters anywhere?
Such as clothing fits, morphs, skins?
I can find individual clothing fitters, etc. I'm just wondering if anyone has a complete list for all figures in one place.
Would make a great sticky here in Technical Help.

    That's a lot of it, thanks. I'm also looking for cross-generational clothing fits, like G1 clothing on G3F&M.
