Downloading problems

I've been trying to download a recent purchase but nothing happens. Nothing in the Downloader or in the Instant Content.

If at first you don't succeed...  Sorry for the cliche opening ;)

The product is available in all common formats: Daz Connect and Daz Install manager. So personally I'd recommend the DIM. What happens if you start the Install manager? Does your product show up in the "Ready to download" tab? If so, then what did you do? To download & install it you need to click the checkbox in front of the item, then also ensure that "install after download' (see bottom of the screen) is also selected.

If not then check the 2nd tab ("Ready to install") if you see something there.

Finally, when all else fails you can also try Daz Connect.

But if the download simply didn't start then my first suggestion is to try again after having waited for a little while. Sometimes products are not instantly available, but will become that way after 5 or 10 minutes.
