Justin and Julie - problem with Julie poses

Wasn't really sure where to post this so sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I purchased Justin and Julie today and have been playing about with the Julie figure. When I got to the point of posing her, using one of the Teen Poses for Julie (I purchased the Teen Pro bunle btw)...I am finding a problme with Julie's arms. Basically they arn't adopting the pose they are meant to and are shaped but sticking out (as if the should joint is stuck in zero - if that makes sense...

Can't think what I might have done wrong but wondered if anyone else is experiencing this? Or if anyone can help with any suggestions of what to do?

If you apply the pose to a 'bare" Julie, does the problem go away?

I've had that happen one time with Genesis a while back and it was due to the conforming hair that I had on the figure. Once I un-conformed the hair to Genesis the pose problem went away. It was so long ago I don't recall what hair model it was.

Ah, Lindsey...thank you so much. Yes it was the hair (Catwalk - which came with the bundle). I haven't tried it with any other hair but I tried it without hair and the pose was perfect :)
