Oh you got the werebear! That is a really interesting character and i'd love to see more of him, those two look great together already!
Galan is one of my faves. He renders beautifully. I also picked up Kieron. He looks a bit like Capt. Kiillian on Once Upon A Time at some angles, at least to me. I'm not sure what I'm doing shopping online while away on vacation but today's offerings were irresistible. I loved your Beauty and Beast render, so I now blame you for coming back to buy the Beast!
Thanks @Linwelly, I will do some more renders of him. I don't have his transformed bear yet, just the base, but it comes with four different sizes and all kinds of options.
@Worlds_Edge That's good to know! He's been on my wishlist for a while. I couldn't resist the price. Would love to get the bundle, but $4 for him alone was too good to resist! I'm glad you liked the Beauty and the Beast render. I got the Beast too. Apparently I'm getting everyone in shopping trouble lately, including myself, LOL!
Kieron for G8M
Hoo, boy. I think we have a winner here! He is very versatile and has a lot of different looks. I need to tweak him a bit more to get him looking like Hugh, but he's very close. Quick test render in the G3M Supersuit. Still need to put him into the magician clothes, which are for M4. I've tried so many sets, but that seems to be the most suitable so far.
First test render (stopped at 30% done):
Note: Kieron is very pale, the light just bounces off of his skin. This is even WITH changing the lights to be peach, gold, and pink to warm him up. Otherwise, he looks like a ghost. I didn't use anything different than I normally use. This is Sveva's Lumiere Pro Lighting for Iray (Rendo) that I've used on most of this thread.
So I tweaked the lighting in DAZ below and then make some adjustment in photoshop to get him close to Hugh's tone. Otherwise, the white hair really washes him out. I also added LIE eyeliner from one of Darwin's characters to define his eyes better. He has his own, but it was too heavy for Hugh. I also darkened his lips a little in Photoshop. They looked too washed out to me.

Note the bad poke through on the super suit. It does not improve when you turn up smoothing. It gets MUCH worse. Weirdest thing I ever saw. Healing brush to the rescue!
After Postwork:
A special thank you to @deathbycanon for telling us about that cool flare trick in Photoshop! I created the flare on a black fill layer like she described here, then clipped a color adjustment layer to it to get the flare to match the emissive striping on the super suit.

Thanks, Sonja! I think he is actually closer to what I imagined too. I want to tweak the features slightly, especially the lips, but I believe we have our new Hugh and cover boy for the next book! Happy dancing!
Wow. What a great character - better looking in your render than in the promos. I wasn't impressed with him there, but now I may rethink that.

"Love at First Fight"
Ren for G3M/G8M looks great with Envy from Hinky Punk's Seven Deadly Sins Bundle. Ren + Envy = "Renvy" (kind of a Brangelina thang!) They both have the most stunning makeup options! I'll probably do a few with Ren and the Seven Deadly Sins gals.

Here's another one with Ren as a G8M with Lust from 7 Deadly Sins. This is one of the Flying Fabrics, and Fabiana's Theory of Zen lighting (on sale today at Rendo.) The shaders on the fabric are from her Satin Shader Plan. They're wearing Jolina Hair and Kieron Hair, and that's all they're wearing!
Love the contrast between the glowing green and black. Wonderful realistic pose, too. Great job!
Thanks, Dracorn! These are really a lot of fun, and my next one is absolutely cracking me up! I'm trying to do a render with Ren and Avarice, and he's like, "Hey, if she's wearing nail polish, why can't I? Darwin made me all this cool stuff and you haven't even used half of it yet!" So I keep having to go back in and add more stuff at his "insistence."
Well, it's cheaper than therapy!
I have to say that I wasn't too keen on the 7 Deadly Sin bundle when it came out. I really like what you've been doing with them though. This last one looks really great.

Losing Tom Petty just topped off a really really awful Monday. My next image will be somewhat of a tribute to him, though strangely I came up with this yesterday as I was working on my "Ren renders."
Great renders, that last one cracks me up, the look onhis face. lol
But first, a quick break for Stephanie 8:
Here's Steph 8 with medium translucency, brow 3, no makeup. I find giving characters white/silvery hair and clothing really brings the orange out, so that's why I did it here. The lighting is Sveva Lumiere Pro, with white lights. The closeup doesn't look that orange, but the full-length does. Could play with different translucencies and dual lobe spec settings, etc to adjust.
I love her figure, it looks natural, no "bolted on" silicone implant look. Her facial features are lovely. I think she'd make a great fantasy character- elf, angel, etc. She would work well in romantic renders too. (Click for bigger pics.)

I have to admit I did not like the past Stephanie's, but I like this one best over all the other Genesis 8 figures so far. I like the hair that came out with her, but that is about it in the bundles.
You know, I haven't been a huge fan of the other Stephanie versions, but I do like this one. Here's another one of her. I was goofing around and did this one as a fun/indirect tribute to Tom Petty.

Its interesting because I really like versions 6 and 4 of Stephanie and this one not so much. Which was a bit surprising because overall I really like the stronger faces on the Gen8 girls.
