Missing Pose Controls Genesis

Hi,
I'm apparently missing pose controls for all my genesis figures (1-3). This is true whether I load them in Pro 4.8 or 4.9.
I'm attempting to find them under the parameters panel with either the head selected or the entire figure. Although I have looked just about everywhere else for them as well.
If I load an old scene where I used genesis male 2 for instance, the pose controls are still there, but I can't get them to load with a new character either into that scene or a new one. .
I'm on a Windows 64 bit system running Windows 7 home and student version.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,
Heather

Ha! I just picked up a number of Genesis figures from the New Years sale myself. This was the first problem I ran in to.
In the Genesis line, unlike Genesis 2 and forward, the pose controls are attached to individual body parts. For example, if you're looking to pose the hands you must have the hand selected. Only then do the pose sliders appear in the Parameters or Pose Control tabs. They're all there. You just have to drill into the figure to find them piece by piece.
If you haven't already, I suggest you pick up the facial expression pose morphs here: http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-evolution-expressions In order to use them you will have to select the head of the figure. Like the other pose sliders, they just don't appear if you only select the root node of the figure (like they do with Genesis 2 and 3).
Please put some clothes on the figure or switch to smooth shaded preview before taking your screenshot, or crop to show just the pane.
@Richard sorry for any offense caused
@Tring01 thanks for the help. My issue is with all the genesis figures though. The pose controls are not present in the parameters panel (or an other panel) for any of the genesis figures1, 2 or 3) and it doesn't matter if I try to select individual parts or the figure as a whole.
The only time I can access the pose controls is if I open an old scene file that contains a genesis figure for instance. Then they appear to be there. I only had one old scene file to test it with and that was with genesis 2.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
I suggest you submit a help ticket.
Am attemptinh to uninstall and reinstall the starter essentials for all the genesis figures 1-3
Hmmm...uninstalling and reinstalling made no difference. Still no pose controls.
@Tring01 I did thanks. :-)
