Lol I hate when that happens. But at least you have proof it can be done!

You have a lot of really, really nice work in here. Looking through some of the older ones, I loved your Planet of the Apes render. I tried to capture that scene as well, but I think you did a much better job. I also really liked the conversion pieces that you did from 3DL to Iray. The one with your image in the back and the lake, with maybe celtic or viking inspiration, was really fantastic in the end. Also, I think this latest one is a really cool use of shadows. Laughed at the first one and shuddered for some reason at the second.
@Wanderer
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed your visit.
Thought I would have a change and do a portrait.

Lovely lighting in the Bethany portraits
One of my favorite dresses too. She looks great!
@IceDragonArt
Thank you. I meant to add the light set which was PRO-Studio HDR Lighting System 2.
I returned to this render and changed out the HDRI for one from a new set I bought. Iray HDRI Storms Lightning and Desert

Your work is great. They look like photos. I can really see your professional eye in these. Thanks for coming by my thread and sharing your advice. I did borrow from your idea about moving one of the wagons, but I kept going with the golden spiral composition. I ran out of time, so I stopped working on it for now. But I'll probably go back to it eventually. I really like the stark silhouettes against the storm in this last one.
@Wanderer
Thank you.
Composition can be difficult especially with a number of elements vying for dominance. Deciding which one is to be the centre of attraction is usually the first step so that, whether using the Rule of Thirds or any other composition rule, that element is the first to draw the viewers eye. In your fire dancer image the dancer and the fire are vying for dominance where the dancer should stand out as the main focus of attention.
That's a good point. I appreciate your feedback. The thing is under my skin, so like it or not I will probably return to it soon.
@Wanderer
I've never used the Golden ratio, only rule of thirds although I do know about it, but I had a look and found this explanation on how to use it.

@Fishtales - Thanks. Very useful.
@Wanderer
There is also this in the store. I don't own it so I have no idea how good it is.

Thought I might need some cow herd images so made up a billboard as a filler. There are three in this image.

Thanks for sharing the link to the item. I've been looking at it.
The cattle shot is kind of cool. Especially the lighting and the way you've distinguished the fore, middle, and background regions.
@Wanderer
Thank you. I wasn't trying anything too fancy as all I was doing was testing the Billboard to make sure it actually worked, there are three in this image, it just grew into that. I've added the render time.
I have come across this in my runtime which, although for Bryce, also works in Studio 4.10 (I tried it :) ).
HAHA!! I actually have that, acquired with a bunch of cheap or free things some time ago, but since I don't use Bryce, I never really paid attention to it. That is excellent! Now, I just have to figure out how to bring that over myself. Thanks again.
Reading the description in the store of that item you linked I found this by Jaderail. It is truly a loss to our community that he is gone. I never really knew him, but I've seen his helpful comments in many googled posts in these forums.
Looking at it now I think it is the Jederail one I have that works in Studio and not the Bryce one :)
Nearly forgot about these ones.

I liked the look of the HDRI used in my last image so I used it in these renders. Had a play with DOF in the camera too.

@Sammagi
Thank you.
Last one in the DOF series.
This is a series using Bar Room Interior 2018, Crowd Billboards and Genesis 3 Male. Lighting is from Emissive on the lights, an HDRI and an Emissive Plane in front of the barman to give him some light as he was in shadow.
