Importing Objs and DAEs into DAZ

I am running into a problem when I am importing objs and DAEs into Daz and I am hoping that others may have encountered some of this and be able to guide me as to how to fix it.

When I import an obj into DAZ, there are places if I have a curve or have modelled a hole into the mesh where daz either covers the hole or in some places creates a hole in the mesh by moving the faces.  I would believe I had errored in my modelling except that it looks great if I import as a DAE.  The model looks just like in my modelling program if I import as a DAE.  The problem with DAE is that DAZ triangulates all faces of the model, no matter if they are quads or ngons, and this triangulation saves into the obj created in DAZ.  If I import as an obj, I do not get the triangulation, but I get the holes being covered or some faces disappearing.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.

Studio does not like n-gons so you either have to triangulate the whole model or clean it up in your modeler.
