LS_Vanity won't show up in Carrara

I wanted to use some furniture items from LS_Vanity in a carrara scene, but I can't get any of the files to show up inside of carrara.
Looking at the files in daz, it looks like all of the figures & props only come in DAZ format (as opposed to cr2 files). I do get all the different pz2 files to show up in carrara.

What's the best way to convert / export these .daz files into something usable by carrara?

    Tried exporting as obj from DAZ 4.5 and importing into Carrara 8.5 beta and had invisible object show up overlapping several items already in scene even though I had 'scene' selected as opposed to other figures.

    Found the content in C8.1 Pro and opened without problem - then located that in content (as opposed to Smart Content) in C8.5 Beta and can now use without problem.
