Hello all...i was wondering if someone could tell me which light set was used in m5 promos here:

Thanks in advance!

It might be a custom light set not on the market... idk, but if it's a light set for purchase, I would like to know too.
It looks like a Daz Studio render using the built in Uber light system. I downloaded these for Daz Studio.....

They're both free and produce excellent results, very similar to the Promo artwork you mentioned.
I don't think the same results can be achieved using the Poser renderer.

By the way Isikol, your images on deviantart are amazing!!!!
Ok...lets make this interesting...
Im going to give 30$ (i know its not much) to whoever can make a similar m5 render in poser...
I will decide to whom and its going to be one winner ;)
Thanks
I'm in!!! Is there a deadline?
When I click on your link it takes me products for sale in the store - not free downloads.
Isikol I think those renders were done by Randall Lloyd and I think he used Uber environment with a HDRI and 1 -3 distant lights (in DS)
No deadline...as soon as i see what im looking at i will deliver the money....
Scorpio64dragon that would be extremelly bad cause i think Randall in not working at Daz Anymore and my efforts to catch him on skype have failed :(
No Randals no longer with Daz as far as I know.
He was behind the M5 launch so I think that the Promos are most likely by him.
Does it HAVE to be Poser? Can I wow you with DS4.5?
(Now that I look at your DA gallery. it looks like I might not b able to wow you with a real male model and a professionally lit studio. lol)

I don't mind. Have you asked Hellboy about lighting for M5? He does excellent work.
His name is actually HellboySoto on DV: http://hellboysoto.deviantart.com/
Apologies scorpio64dragon, I though they were free.
Actually, I thought the lighting used is more of http://www.daz3d.com/shop/core-lighting-2 by Lantios or http://www.daz3d.com/shop/core-lighting-1.
Thank you but im lookimg for something similar for poser :)
Randall did a video on how he did the lighting for M5 with IBL lighting and posted it about the time of M5's release. I downloaded it then but I don't have the url. I remember he said it would be part of a tutorial section on the new forum. Found it 'Creating Simple Imaged Based Lighting [IBL] in Daz Studio 4', looks like it was on Vimeo website, as the file saved as [Vimeo]. I don't know but I hope something similar would work in Poser?

Can probably simulate this lighting in poser.
Edit: Never mind...
Ok..whover makes that light set and sent it to me first i will pay him straight away...i have a really bad cold and some fever and i can hardly spent time in front of a computer...
Taozen....?
Does it need to be m5 rendered? (I don't have this model)
I highly recommend trying out Alfaseed's lights
(a scene for download free, here: http://alfaseed.deviantart.com/gallery/32201301#/d5eriag)
They make great IBL lights.
The effect light causes depends hugely on skin material, and so it's difficult to create just a light set - if you were to use it on a different model, it may look different.
I did experiment with my own set (I wouldn't be myself if I didn't) and rendered the scene with Indirect Light turned on. It is - I know - not a recreation of the promo and the figure is different, the texture is different... If you want to try out this lightset, let me know. No money involved ;)
I've included three renders for comparison purposes: the light set stays the same, just the texture/material on the figure changes. The difference is surprising at times.
